We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability . Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave. Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites. Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. The location is in a very nice area and the beach area is great. I thought this property was a condo, as it turns out they are apartments. We needed to leave a deposit, which wasn’t posted in the listing. It is sort of like a hotel and kind of like a VRBO but doesn't do either one of them very well. We were missing comforters on two of the beds. When I asked for someone to bring us comforters we didn't get them until the next day. The gym is dilapidated with old equipment much of it not working. The restaurant was only open one day when we were there which was Thursday. The pool was only open until 5:00 p.m.. the gym was only open for a few hours in the morning and a few hours in the evening. As far as it trying to be a VRBO the kitchen only had one bowl a few plates and really nothing at all to cook with. The TV in the master bedroom did not work it did not get reception. The choice of channels on the TV was local TV only. The internet was incredibly slow and only allowed for a maximum of four devices to be connected. When I asked the front desk for these items, they said housekeeping hours are from 7:30 AM to 4 PM, and since check-in is at 4 PM, we couldn’t receive anything until the next morning. The beach was amazing and clean. Free trolley pick up outside the front door, which makes it easy to get around. However the photos in the ad were not even close to what we had booked. The room is very outdated, the walls were damaged and all the paint was pealing, the drawers in the rooms were broken, the windows were dirty on the inside, rugs have lots of stains, the TV didn't fully function and you have to pay to use the safe. While the location was great when we booked the ad had said it was walking distance to night life and south beach but it is a 35 minute walk. We booked a Vrbo with the intention of cooking our own meals but the kitchen did not have the basic supplies to do so. There was no pan to cook anything in the oven, no spices, no dish soap, no tea towels or cloths to wash and dry dishes and no coffee filters for machine. We had to go out and buy the items ourselves in order to cook which is not something we should have to do when booking a VRBO. We are still very happy with our trip and had a great time. The rooms were large for families and easy access to the boardwalk. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed when we arrived for 2 weeks so we ate in our hotel room more than expected. Instead, the property only has pickleball courts. This is misleading information, and we specifically looked for tennis courts when choosing this place for our 5-day vacation.The kitchen utensils are unacceptable. Many items were completely worn out, incomplete, or missing. I contacted the front desk requesting replacements, and the response I received was: “If you are not satisfied, you can check out and we will refund the unused days.” Is this an acceptable answer for a guest?The photos on Vrbo do not accurately represent the unit. The furniture shown online does not match the actual items in the apartment — neither the sofa quality nor the coffee/accent table correspond to what was advertised.The forks, pans, and glassware are in very poor condition. This may be acceptable for a low-budget rental, but not for a unit at this price level.
