The atmosphere is magically idyllic: the romantic beaches, shimmering gold sand & clear blue sky will take your breath away  
The area is rich in restaurants, traditional taverns and bars.

The Space:  
A property, only 150m from the beach with a large veranda, will offer you a unique experience.  
The area offers a feeling of seclusion, which will make you enjoy moments of leisure and relaxation.  
The property features an open-plan space with a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, and a modernly designed bathroom with bathtub.   
Each bedroom has one cozy double bed! The first of them also offers access to the veranda of the property. All bedrooms are airconditioned! One more guest can be accommodated on the cozy sofa bed of the lounge area.  
The veranda is ideal to enjoy some sunny moments there or some mighty sunsets, while enjoying your favorite drink under the shady corners.  
On the veranda of the property, you can enjoy homemade meals cooked with pure local products on the big BBQ grill.

The house is the perfect starting point to getting to know Peloponnese, an ideal destination for those wishing to combine a relaxing and refreshing holiday with a multi-activity area and a vivid nightlife. Get ready to explore the area, which is known for its lacy sandy coasts and its dreamy views.  
  
The location combines the beauty and peace of the mountain scenery with the easy access to beautiful beaches. Close to the property you will be able to explore other famous cosmopolitan beaches such as Petalidi (1.5km), Tzanne (3,5km), Chelonaria (5km), Velika (6km), Agios Andreas (10km) and Bouka (17km), Koroni (25km).  
Nearby, you will find shops for your daily shopping, delicacies, bakeries, pharmacies, traditional taverns and restaurants where you will taste local flavors. There are also many cafes with a special character.

Very nicely appointed, clean and well kept apartment. Spaces are large enough for 2; bed was very comfortable; bathroom more than adequate; washing machine helpful. Very quiet space. Owner responsive when WIFI set-up needed attention. Took 20 minutes. (Needed some new light bulbs in kitchen.) Very nice apt, close enough to walk to town; pocket views of water. More than happy.

#### Vorsicht

Es gab keinen Emofang bzw Cde für Schlüssel. Das Objekt war ziemlich schmutzig, besonders in der Küche wo auch viele Geräte verschmutzt und oder defekt waren. Heizung defekt und Klima in Wohnzimmer. Vermieterin war nicht sehr zuvorkommend,aber der Sohn. Nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen.
