"I chose this hotel because it was 10 min by car from Surabaya Gubeng station. All staff that I encountered at this hotel was very nice. However it was not a hotel that I would want to come back and stay. 1\. Breakfast: I personally did not think it was delicious compare to other three star hotels. 2\. I stayed two nights. The rest were ok - breakfast aplenty and kitchen staff were very helpful. Perfect location (public transport just across the hotel). Will stay again for sure."

"The price was right, but I would have almost prefered sleeping on the street. Very run down and dirty property. Flies on my floor The reception was good for checkin, but that was the only positive. Well, the WIFI was fast as well."

"This hotel is a very nice and ex colonial hotel with vintage history appearance and a delicious breakfast and lovely swimming pool amd very helpful staff. My only minus is that there was no fridge in my hotel room and that the surrounding area around the hotek feels very unsafe at night but i cannot fault the hotel for this. All in all a positive experience."
