Situated approx 100 metres from Merimbula's main beach on the popular Fishpen Arm, this spacious apartment is an ideal location for your next holiday.  
  
Upstairs there is an extra spacious lounge & dining area opening to a sunny patio overlooking the pool area. The kitchen is modern and spacious and adjoins a good sized dining or family area. There are 3 bedrooms with built-ins, a modern bathroom and a separate toilet  
  
Downstairs there is another shower and toilet, laundry facilities and a large garage plus there is a sparkling blue in-ground pool plus BBQ in the complex for your use.  
  
The beach is just 100 metres away, Ford oval with kiddies play facilities are there and the convenience takeaway and coffee shops are adjacent.
