This was dangerous for my vision impaired wife. The risers a too tall and the stairs too short, making the stairs too steep, especially with NO HANDRAIL. Windows/screens were dirty. Fly Screen leading to the balcony was split. The blinds on various windows were broken and filthy. No amenities at all supplied in the main bathroom, no tissues, soap, shampoo, nothing. The few items in the pantry look like they’ve been there for years. No wi-fi and the spare blankets have been screwed up into balls and thrown into cupboards, as have old sheets and doona covers. The towel rail in the main bathroom is loose. This property promises so much, but is sadly quite neglected. ##### Joely W. The property is in an excellent position and is comfortable. There is no wifi and phone service is poor. Tv service is also average. Property needs a paint and new outdoor furniture (rickety and too small). Also needs serving plates and a tray. Also close to Merimbula. Room downstairs with own bathroom is perfect for travelling with teenagers/young adults/another couple etc. Well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable lounge suite. Some improvements I’d suggest are outdoor sun lounges on the alfresco, 2 more bar stools in kitchen as there was only 1, free wifi as our Vodafone coverage was very weak, block out curtains in upstairs bedroom and a hair dryer supplied would have been convenient.
