Casa La Ti Da is a peaceful retreat filled with light and calm, located in the heart of the Santa Ana neighborhood — just steps from the iconic Paseo Montejo.

The spaces flow naturally between indoors and outdoors: a bright living room connected to a lush tropical garden, a fully equipped kitchen for long dinners, and a private pool with a sun deck to relax after exploring the city.

The house is distributed over two levels:

Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen, dining area for six, beautifully furnished living room, and direct access to the pool and patio.

Upper floor: two spacious bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, walk-in closet, TV, mini fridge, and coffee maker.
Both rooms open to private balconies overlooking the central courtyard and its fountain, connected by an interior bridge that lets in natural light and fresh air.

Every detail is designed for comfort, tranquility, and a sense of place.
