Welcome to our charming 3-bedroom apartment in Playas de Fornells. Immerse yourself in an authentic Menorcan atmosphere with spectacular sea views from your private terrace. With a privileged location close to the beaches, this flat is the perfect spot to experience the true essence of the island.  
  
Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.  
  
Playas de Fornells is a beautiful coastal area located in Menorca, known for its crystal clear beaches and stunning natural surroundings. This area offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for those looking to enjoy the serenity of the Mediterranean Sea.  
  
Within 20 kilometres of Playas de Fornells, you will find a variety of tourist attractions worth visiting. One suggestion is to explore the charming village of Fornells, famous for its picturesque harbour and delicious seafood cuisine. You can enjoy a stroll through its narrow streets, visit the fortress of Sant Antoni and enjoy a traditional meal in one of the local restaurants.  
  
Another recommended visit is the Natural Park of s\`Albufera des Grau, a stunning nature reserve that is home to a great diversity of birdlife and unparalleled scenic beauty. You can explore the trails and observe birds in their natural habitat, as well as enjoy the panoramic views from the viewpoints.  
  
In addition, you cannot miss the city of Mahón, the capital of Menorca, which is just a few kilometres from Playas de Fornells. Here you can discover its beautiful harbour, visit the church of Santa Maria and enjoy the lively commercial and cultural life of the city.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.   
  
Please note that some of the furnishings, decoration or elements such as flooring or tiles may be replaced each season for a better guest experience without altering the functionality of the villa.  
Please make yourself at home and treat the house as if it’s your own.

Respect the Check-in and Check-out times. Earlier Checkin or later Checkout only possible with explicit permission.   
  
One day before arrival guest will receive all information about check in, address, code for the key box to collect the keys and a self check in, and a contact telephone number of the villa manager, who will be the person who will help you with any incident or question you may have during your stay.  
  
Please report broken things, to avoid problems for us with future guests  
  
No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage. If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage.  
  
All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price. Guests are hereby informed that hosts are duly authorized to collect the tourist tax through means external to the platform used to make the reservation. This measure complies with current regulations and must be fulfilled upon check-in or as otherwise instructed by the host. Please mind always to rent certificated legal tourism properties.  
  
Guests must dispose of rubbish and waste in the nearest bin.
