Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room wasn’t clean at all there were bugs in the room the ac didnt work. the guy put me in another room and it was the same thing. when I told him what was wrong with the room he got an attitude started yelling and didn’t give me a refund

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
Property had a 8.4 review rating. Well got there about 11:00pm . Greeted at the door with an overwhelming smell of weed at the entry office and piles of furniture piled up in the lobby area. No elevator and had to go up to the 3rd floor up a dirty musty smelling stair case . Got to the 3rd floor that had light fixture lenses hanging off the light or dead bugs in it. Got in the room closet had no bar to hang close up, 2 ironing boards( one with a dirty cover and one with no cover) and no iron. The door frame was missing on the right side like someone kicked the door in. Bathroom door had a hole like someone punched or put a head through it. The room smelled just old and musty. Had to wedge a chair between the bathroom door frame and entry do or to feel halfway secure. Got up early to get out of there. While in the shower fire alarm went off in the whole building and stayed on for like 20 minutes till I could get packed up and out of there. But the room did have a new refrigerator. . (It still had the packaging cardboard inside it.) I guess they spend their time putting in good reviews online for their hotel instead of using that time on upkeep for the property. A little effort goes a long way.
