Issued a key to an occupied room. Then given a smoking room after I had booked non-smoking. Bed linen dirty in smoking room. Burns all over toilet and bath tub. Room overall not as advertised.

The room was clean, bed was comfy, but pillows were flat, instant hot water was nice, sitting area was comfy. Casino personal were friendly and helpful.
