I didn’t see the breakfast area only saw the coffee. Room was okay, first room had a clogged toilet and we had to move. That room had a window unit as the AC and it wouldn’t really stay on so we got hot at night. Bed was super comfortable though

The property was clean and neatly maintained. We did know that the bedrooms were split in 2 buildings. There were no instructions provided which would have helped. Contacting the owner was easy. Owner was responsive even late in the night.
