A charming, ground-floor apartment located just 700m from the beautiful beaches of Torre dell’Orso. The villa sleeps 5 people and is part of a condominium of 16 apartments which share lovely gardens and a large swimming pool. It makes the ideal holiday base for a family or friends who want to enjoy this popular part of Italy.
The apartment has a private entrance and its own garden with a table and chairs, plus a BBQ, stone sink and an outside shower (ideal after a day on the beach). There is a shaded veranda with a dining table, perfect for meals al fresco.
Inside, the contemporary interiors have been carefully designed with everything you might need for a comfortable holiday. The main living/dining room has a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table. The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, microwave, fridge and coffee machine.
The pool has tables and chairs on the adjacent terrace, where guests can relax after a swim. It is open from July to the end of August from 10.00am to 2.00pm and then from 5.00pm to 8.00pm

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a contemporary double bed and a wardrobe
Bedroom 2: This cosy room has 2 single beds (which can be joined) and a wardrobe.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a single bed.
Bathrooms
There are two modern bathrooms, each equipped with a shower, basin, bidet and WC.
Extra: The outdoor shower is very useful in the summer months.

Location
The resort of Torre dell’Orso is known for its fine sandy beaches and crystal-clear sea. There are several beach clubs, which suit different ages and interests. The town is laid-back with a few clubs and many excellent restaurants which will suit all budgets and tastes.
The city of Lecce (30 minutes) is known as “the Florence of the South”, blessed with wonderful Baroque architecture as well as Roman ruins. It is a jewel of a city and well worth a visit. Not only for its long history but also for its excellent food and good shopping.
For a wide range of local produce, the twice-weekly market in Lecce is a treasure trove of the finest regional produce from fish, vegetables and fruit to olive oil and cheese.
The closest airport is at Brindisi - just over an hour away by car.
