First class house directly on the sea near Medulin, in the very south of beautiful Istria.



Welcome to this welcoming, charming house full of comfort on the coast. Here you will stay just a few minutes from the crystal clear water in the beautiful bays of the peninsula of Istria and spend a great vacation full of nature impressions with friends or family. Charmingly designed, this house offers you a great retreat - Outside the property refresh yourself in the inviting pool. The garden is well maintained, vines line the access path to the house.



You can reach surrounding islets by ferry or boat. You can also visit Pula or the hinterland with its wineries. Between swimming excursions, trips to the Balkan mountains or visits to historic coastal towns, you decide every day again and again according to your taste.

Tolles kleines Ferienhaus, sehr nette Vermieter, sprechen gut Deutsch.Toller neuer Pool . Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Einrichtung ist gut, Klimaanlagen funktionieren sehr gut.Grillmöglichkeit. Alles da was man braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Kochen und Essen ist für 4 Personen nur im der Aussenküche gut praktizierbar. Einziger Nachteil, der einzige Kühlschrank ist in der Mini Innenküche. Draussen in der Top Aussenküche fehlt ein kleiner Kühlschrank. So muss man immer hin und her laufen. Gewöhnt man sich aber dran. Badestrände sind nur mit einem Fahrzeug zu erreichen, das ca 60m entfernte Ufer in der Nähe der Unterkunft ist nicht ideal zum Baden, jedoch auch möglich. Die Zufahrtsstrasse ist eine staubige Schotterstrasse.Wir hatten 2x einen der giftigen Tausendfüßler sowie einen kleinen Scorpion im Haus, sowie eine harmlose Winkelspinne und einige Mosquitos. In der nähe ist viel zu sehen und zu erleben. Im Umkreis von 10km gibt es Strände, Park, Kultur, Shoppingmile, Jachthafen. Reiten, Quad fahren, Bootsverleih und vieles vieles mehr.
