The hotel is up a single lane, switchback road, which makes it very nice view, but don't bring a trailer. Wifi only works in the dining room. Breakfast was at 8 which is quite late for many travelers who want to get on with their Day.. Limited menu in the dining room, but the alternative is a 20 minute drive to Disentis. Very nice stay, staff was pleasant. The view of the town across the valley is like a postcard

This was everything I want in an alpine hotel. I felt so well looked after. Beautiful view from the balcony, peaceful and comfortable. Clean and cosy. The lovely people running this hotel were warm and helpful gave me just the boost I needed to get up the Lukmanier pass today. Would definitely recommend.

So good I look forward to my next stay already!

WOW! from the other reviews I was expecting a nice stay but it ended up being beyond my expectations. The room was great and host was very kind. The best bit and a must if you stay is the dinner, it was absolutely delicious home cooked Swiss food and it was really really good. I look forward to coming back one day.
