Good Hotel & Staff only downside is it’s a 10-15 min walk to the boundary of Haram depending on how busy the roads are loads of shopping around the hotel inc Pakistani and Bangali Restaurants
Close to haram, shops, restaurants. Md Abdullah provided very good services. 5star

Reasonable, property is old but rooms
Are okay as a price offerrrd. Location is great. May be 10 to 15 min walk
Max. One issue as Our rooms were not together as we have made booking under one reservation for 4 rooms. I left a message to hotel a month ago but no response. So communication is not very great but hotel in general okay to stay.

Liked: Staff & service
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, and the housekeeping service provided by Mohammed Mahbub was excellent. He ensured that the room was cleaned daily and went beyond customer expectations with his attention to detail and service.
The only downside is the distance to Masjid Al-Haram. While it’s about a 15-20 minute walk, navigating through the crowds and street vendors can make the journey a bit challenging. However, aside from that, my overall experience was very good.
The service was bad and rooms were very dirty. No hand soap was provided. Housekeeping person was decent and one person from the staff was attentive and understanding. Other than that, it was not a good experience. Do not recommend.
Overall experience was very good except supporting staff some of supporting staff members at entrance was arrogant. I requested him to help me to carry my lagged he refused that was very bad impression rest of things were very fine. I will rate 8.5 rather than 9.5 because supporting staff at welcome gate rest of the team members were very very nice and their efforts were appreciated.

At 1 am in the morning, they knocked on my door, saying they need to use the window get out to unblock a drain or water pipe. I had my mum in my room (108) and obviously i was really annoyed, that they had disturbed us, when i asked maintenance managers name, he looked annoyed and said they don't need to come back through the window.
So why could they not use that way to get to it without disturbing and annoying us. Really unprofessional and unpleasant experience.
The room was quite small for 3 people and only 1 chair. My mum has mobility issue due to old age and so she needs all the rest she can to get to Haram and back.
Other than that location was very good and 1 of the concierge (Suhail) was really helpful and went the extra mile to help us. So thank you Suhail, left for you, 50Riyals tip with another concierge who helped us also to share.
Also room were ok and clean and basic but small for 3 single bed
Cleaning staff is more professional than reception
unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues. Firstly, the reception staff were quite disappointing. They appeared lazy and often remained tucked away in the back office, showing little initiative to assist guests. Their rudeness only added to the frustration.
Additionally, I encountered a significant problem with the smoke-free policy. There were people smoking in the corridor on the 8th floor, and the smell of cigarettes permeated throughout the area, suggesting that smoking was occurring in the rooms as well. This was far from the smoke-free environment that was advertised, making my stay uncomfortable.
On a brighter note, I must commend the cleaning staff for their excellent service. They were polite, hardworking, and did their jobs exceptionally well. I especially want to highlight SAKIB, who was a true gentleman—cooperative and always willing to help. It's a pity that someone with his dedication and customer service skills isn't working at the reception, where such qualities are desperately needed.
With improvements in the reception area and better enforcement of the smoke-free policy, this hotel could significantly enhance the guest experience.
Very well located given the price point - excellent if you’re using it for brief rests or sleep after spending time at the Haram (that’s where most ppl want to be during their visit here)
Good Hotel Good staff but the only downside is it’s a bit far your looking at 10-15 min to Haram Boundary depending on how busy it is overall hotel and staff are great
