Access to parking within the one car garage and driveway. Additional parking can be found in the overflow parking area. Kick back on the oversize couches and enjoy a 65” Roku Smart TV, equipped with all of your favorite streaming needs of Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime video and so much more. You’ll have full, private access to the townhome and all amenities which include brand new stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer and access to parking within the one car garage. There is also a driveway to accommodate one car and additional parking can be found in the community overflow parking area. There is a coded door lock, so you will enjoy a hassle-free self check-in process that requires no keys and no need to wait for someone to let you in. Thank you for considering us for your vacation! Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee. Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed. Pets: This home is NOT pet friendly. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for \`drain and fill.\` Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues.
