Better Than Home

Summary:

“Better Than Home” is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located a short walk from downtown McCall (just under 1 mile) while still providing plenty of quiet and seclusion with a forested backyard. This single level condo has two beautiful bedroom and two full bathrooms so all four guests will have plenty of room to spread out. Both bedrooms feature comfortable queen beds and full closets stocked with extra pillows and blankets. The true beauty of this home is the hot tub, back patio and private, wooded backyard.

All you will need for your next McCall getaway is groceries. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you will need to prepare delicious meals for you and your guests. There is even an Infrared Gas Grill on the back patio. Depending on the time of year there are two eating options available one inside and one outside. Both spacious bedrooms provide plenty of drawer and closet space so you can feel like you are at home during your stay. Both bedrooms boast “hotel like” amenities with high end linens and towels they also have their own full bathroom with plenty of counter space and shower/tub combinations. After a long day of McCall adventure relax in the secluded hot tub and gaze out into the forest, you might even see some local wildlife (please don’t feed the local fox.) There is a walking path through the forest that will take you directly to everything that downtown McCall has to offer. For those looking to unwind and relax the living room has plenty of comfortable options. Enjoy free Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with DVD and VCR. The hutch in the living room is filled with DVD’s, books and games as well as a stereo for the music buffs. The discerning chef will be hard to stump in this fully stocked kitchen, you will find everything you need to cook terrific meals. There is even an Infrared Gas Grill on the back patio. Depending on the time of year there are two comfortable eating options available one inside and one outside. All this said for those looking for a quiet, comfortable condo for four guests “Better Than Home” is the perfect fit.

Matt, my contact with the company was very considerate and professional. The location was beautiful and pretty clean. The couch had other peoples hair on it but that wasnt a big deal. The hot tube looked like it had some pet hair in it. Our only real complaint is the beds were pretty uncomfortable considering they are the memory foam style. Otherwise great place.

Family Weekend Getaway

Clean and comfortable home. Conveniently located to everything and a nice bike ride to town. The only complaint we had is the construction that was happening in the backyard, which caused deforestation and habitat loss. Overall a great stay.

Very conveniently located home with allThe amenities. Everything worked great. Comfortable stay. There is parking for your trailer or toys just not at the property so if you have that need just make sure you have a way to lock up you trailer and goods - host is excellent communicator and very helpful

Pleasant and calm

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the backyard surrounded by pine trees and playful squirrels in the morning. Really recommend this place. Everything is near by, nice and quiet area. Will come back to this home un the summer.

Quaint and Great Location

This property was well stocked, very quaint and cute, in a great location and the private hot tub was amazing after 3 days on the slopes. Short 3-5 minute drive to downtown McCall - grocery store, restaurants and shopping. Our family loves to ski and snowboard so the 15 minute drive to Brundage was very convenient. Only thing missing is a cozy fireplace. An electric heater fireplace just does not provide the same feeling. Otherwise, we would definitely go back.

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I came for a weekend anniversary trip and it was the perfect relaxing weekend. The kitchen was stocked with necessities for coffee making, cooking, etc. There was a grill (didn't use, but lovely to have the option). The hot tub was great, especially while watching the snowfall. Everything was clean, with no overpowering scent plug-ins to hide other questionable odors.

Great place for Fall

We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, the accommodations are very comfortable and we’re just right. We also love being in this area this time of year. The weather was not too hot, or too cold. And the property was simply comfy and beautiful. Having this area to come back to will be a pleasure.
