Convenient to all of the outdoor fun McCall has to offer. North or South, you’re just minutes from Payette Lake and Payette River put-ins and downtown McCall. You’ll find fine dining at Shore Lodge or the more casual venues of Pueblo Lindo, Blue Moose Pizza and the Alpine Pantry less than one mile from your front door. A short distance down the road and you’re at the trailhead to the Bear Basin, Nordic center syste The entire cabin is available for guests to use, except a locked closet. Spacious yet perfect for an intimate gathering of family and friends in the great room, this 5 bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to 16 guests. The Master Suite with King bed and attached bath are located on the main level along with two additional bedrooms with king beds. Upstairs is a bunk room with 2 twin over queen mattress bunk sets, perfect for the kids! Down the hallway is another bedroom with a king bed. Tucked onto quiet corner just on the outskirts of McCall, is Hickory Ridge Cabin. Convenient to all of the outdoor fun McCall has to offer. North or South, you’re just minutes from Payette Lake and Payette River put-ins and downtown McCall. Nordic and snowshoe trails are just minutes away. Lounge in the comfort of the great room and enjoy the ambiance of the warm propane stove. This home has ductless heating in various zones to take off that extra chill during winter months. Ceiling fans and ductless cooling keep things comfortable while you’re out playing all day during the summer. WiFi throughout the cabin keeps you connected and 50\`+ smart TVs with satellite in nearly every room keep everyone happy during the evenings. Table dining for 6 and counter seating for several more keep the cook involved in the fun! Dining area and access to the large south-facing deck and back yard with gas grill will help you enjoy dining however you choose. The 2 car garage and the deep driveway are perfect for your toys and trailers. Snowmobilers are seconds from West Mountain Road and Warren Wagon Road is minutes away, as well as North Lake back country access. Boaters can launch at the McCall Marina just minutes away as well. This cabin is equipped with linens, bath towels and essentials that include guest soaps, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryers, and kitchen essentials. To start your vacation off right, we’ve provided two days worth of supplies including paper towels, bathroom tissue, and garbage bags. Also provided is propane for the gas grill. Our little guests are important too so we include a pack n’ play, high chair and baby gate. Parking is located in the garage, and in the driveway. Please do not park on the street overnight or block the street so that neighbors and emergency vehicles are unable to pass safely at any point in time. Thank you for considering us for your vacation! Please take a moment to review our policies: Reservation Terms: Full rent is due immediately unless a payment plan was pre-approved. Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is at 4:00 pm, and check-out is at 10:00 am. Early check-in or late departures require prior authorization and may incur a $25 per hour fee. Events/Parties: Events or parties are not allowed. Pets: If you would like to bring a pet, please send us a message before booking. (ONLY DOGS ALLOWED AT PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES). All pets require pre-approval before booking and a $75 fee PER pet will be assessed and must be paid prior to arrival. Approval of pets is determined by several factors. I.e. age, weight, breed, amount of shedding, and sex. If approval is granted but the pet fee(s) are not paid, a pet will be considered unauthorized. A $500 penalty (per pet) will be assessed to the primary guest if there is evidence that unauthorized animal(s) were outside and/or inside the cabin at any point during your stay. In addition, a group with an unauthorized pet might be asked to immediately depart, with no refund. In any event, damage done by a pet will incur an additional charge, whether authorized or unauthorized. Smoking/Fireworks: Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are not allowed on the property. Damage: Guests are responsible for any damages and must report them to management immediately. Courtesy: Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am. Cancellation: We abide by the cancellation policy agreed to at booking. Home Furnishings: Please do not rearrange furniture. Amenities: Management has 24 hours to repair amenities. BBQ\`s & Fire pits: Please note that where applicable, outdoor fire pits and BBQs are considered seasonal amenities and may not be available during the winter months due to weather conditions. Fire Safety: Follow fire pit rules, and guests are responsible for any fire damage. Off-Highway Vehicles (OHVs): Operation of OHVs is not permitted on the property but street legal vehicles are allowed on public roads. Trailer/RV Parking: RV parking requires pre-authorization and a $25 nightly fee. Hot Tub: If this home has a hot tub (not all homes have hot tubs), please follow hot tub guidelines; a $150 charge applies for \`drain and fill.\` Wi-Fi: As cabins are frequently located in a rural area, please be prepared for slow/spotty Wi-Fi and internet. Management makes every effort to ensure the Wi-Fi is in working condition, but cannot guarantee the internet will always be reliable, and will not permit refunds due to Wi-Fi/internet issues. Capacity: Adhere to agreed-upon guest numbers. Management is not responsible for the following: fires, smoke, algae bloom, water levels of the lake, lack of snow, abundance of snow, changing of the seasons, temperature highs, temperature lows, power outages, rain, mud, ice, etc. We are also not responsible for insects and/or animals (including: mosquitos, ants, spiders, bats, bears, deer, mice, mountain lions, bobcats, any animals that get into trash, or their droppings.) Not enough dining room chairs, but with barstools only 2 of us had to sit on the couch at meal times. The kitchen is stocked well, beds were very comfortable. There are no outdoor chairs so bring your own, and firewood- the firepit and hot tub are fun- and there is only a 5 cup coffee pot- which serves 2 mugs, so we had to brew it 5xs each morning. That was super inconvenient. The house is close to a main road, walking our dogs was fine in the loop, there is a neighbood dog named Hunter who visits often. ##### Nicole G. The Couch in the living room seemed like it was pulled out of a dumpster. It was very uncomfortable and the seating was all caved in and broken. The carpet was curled badly at the edges and caused several of us to trip. This was not a good value for the price don't bother. ##### CD K. So much room for a large group. We opened the door to a crackling fire on the television, which was very welcoming. The home was very clean and the beds were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking needs and I appreciated the avaialabilty of spices and herbs available (something I tend to forget when packing). The hot rub was also clean and so fun for the kids! Property manager. Was easy to communicate with and prompt with response. We would absolutely come back. On suggestion for feedback, would be to consider stocking some board/card games for duture large parties. ##### Lindsey F. Other family stopped by a couple times and there was plenty of space to spread out. We had two toddlers with us all weekend and they had a blast! There were children's books and some toys. The check- in and check-out process super easy. I had to read the reviews to get a better description for the parking situation, what I read was not what we experienced. I will list some helpful information mostly for other sledders. Pros: Great location, close to everything Big, Open concept home - plenty of room for our group of 7\. 4 rooms have Kings, (3 rooms with doors and 1 room down a long hallway upstairs no door) 1 bonus room with the 2 queens/twin bunks upstairs too Quick responses from Property management with any questions we had. Quiet location for us, another reviewer said it was loud, no clue what they heard we heard birds. Kitchen equipped with most things - BRING YOUR OWN KNIVES though - zero steak knives, butter knives don't work for meat. lol CONS: Parking was a HUGE issue for us. When reading the reviews one person stated they parked 4 trucks and trailers....no clue how that was even possible unless the plow person did a much better job. We had 2 truck and trailers (24') and 1 smaller truck and 2 place trailer. This was not fun to park. After multiple attempts we got it. However the next morning we were unable to get out of the driveway due to the ice and snowpack, we had to be pulled out by another truck. So we purchased 10 bags of Melt and dumped it all over the driveway. The driveway has a slight incline. If you are looking at pictures of the driveway during the summer it is half that width in winter with the berm build up. CAUTION SLEDDERS - be prepared for extreme limited parking. Luckily one of our friend cancelled coming - good thing because we wouldn't know where to park him. TWO full baths and 1/2 bath worked ok for our small group, the home sleeps up to like 16 so be prepared that is A LOT for only 2 full baths. (1 is in the master) so really 1 shared full bath. Many of the electrical outlets do not work - no clue why, but every other one in the kitchen doesn't work, the island outlet doesn't work. The husbands tried to figure it out, but couldn't. If you plug in 2 trucks in the garage - it will flip a breaker so find another plug in for the trucks. Bring your own hangers for closets if you need those. As mentioned above - Bring your own knives All in all, great place for a smaller sledder group. We would have booked again, but prices went up over double. That sucks, so we will try another location. ##### Nikki G.
