Check-in and check-out went fast and smoothly. The rooms have had some up-grades to them, but my room was a bit musty. The rooms did have a nice small refrigerator, microwave and a small 1 cup coffee maker. The outlets in the lamps worked, but my plugs did not fit tightly in them so I was checking to see if things were being charged or not. Overall, my stay was fine, but typically stay in a higher end hotel, not motel. Also, my vehicle was backed into from a customer at the restaurant next door. The room has a horrible moldy smell. We bought some air fresheners but it didn't help and it was unbearable. The toilet was leaking and the room felt dirty overall. We were in Murray moving our Son in for college. We need an economical but nice place to stay. Best Western was great!
