Maryjane and Jeff, is very friendly and always goes above and beyond and are welling to help when you needed help, so as the manager. but my only problem is no restaurant on site. when we use the shower there's no drainage when you shower the water goes to the toilet side and its not draining so you're stuck on a seating water and it flooded its because its no drainage. "Avoid avoid avoid. I stayed here for 1 night with my wife, 2 kids and old man. The next morning the electricity and water was out. Perfect, if you like the "I've been sweating all day and all night" look and smell. To make matters worse the air-conditioning was weak and failed to keep the room cool, it's undersized for the room. "We didn’t interact with the staff much during our stay but when we did, they were very polite and courteous. Unfortunately, the room was quite small and the bathroom cramped. We were only provided with two bath towels and no hand towels or face cloths. We also only had one roll of toilet paper (you can request more if you need it). The room wasn’t filthy but it did leave a lot to be desired (there was a spider web in the shower that looked like it had been there for a long time). We only stayed for two nights since we were visiting family in Tarlac and were heading back to Canada immediately afterward, so staying here was fine. "
