Since the apartment is located right in the heart of the historic center, it is certainly accessible by car—but only by small vehicles—which you can park right in front of the apartment to unload luggage, groceries, or other necessities.
You can find parking in the immediate vicinity of the house, no more than 50–100 meters away.
On foot, you can easily reach small restaurants, bars, and other venues, as well as supermarkets, post offices, banks, and other services.
The beaches and coves of Mattinata are just a five-minute drive away, and in some cases, parking is available (for a fee only during peak season).
A 20–30-minute drive will take you to some of the most beautiful beaches in the Gargano region, including Fontana delle Rose, Vignanotica, and Baia delle Zagare (accessible only by reservation during peak season); and, with just a few more minutes’ drive, you can also reach the towns of Vieste and Peschici.
You shouldn’t leave without visiting the town of Monte Sant’Angelo, home to two UNESCO sites, and the marvelous Umbra Forest.
Opportunities for hiking, biking, boating, and SUP tours along the coast to explore caves and reach beaches accessible only by sea.

It includes free Wi-Fi, air conditioning (summer/winter), a kitchenette with an induction cooktop (nothing in the house runs on gas), a loft bedroom, a bathroom with a shower (no bidet), and satellite TV.
You can find parking in the immediate vicinity of the house, no more than 50–100 meters away. Note: Since the apartment is located in the historic center with limited parking, only small cars are allowed to stop directly in front of the apartment—but only for short periods as needed to load and unload luggage and/or shopping bags, or for other similar purposes.
Within walking distance, you can easily reach restaurants, bars, as well as supermarkets, post offices, banks, and all other essential services.
The main beaches of Mattinata are just a five-minute drive away. Most of them offer parking, though it may not be free, especially during peak season. A 20- to 30-minute drive will take you to other beaches, including some of the most beautiful and famous in the Gargano region, such as Fontana delle Rose, Vignanotica, and Baia delle Zagare (accessible only by reservation during peak season). The town of Vieste, considered the pearl of the Gargano, with its famous Pizzomunno rock formation, is only about 30 minutes away.
