This property is new and has good parking. The breakfast is fine and the amenities are adequate. For the price it is satisfactory but it does not have any distinctive qualities.

Bright and modern hotel with excellent gated parking and helpful, friendly staff. Breakfast is also good - we loved the yogurts and selection of seeds / fried fruits etc. Its 45 minutes walk from the centre of Matera (there are also local buses, or the hotel can call you a taxi) - It’s an easy and well lit walk, just follow Google maps. We were happy to walk and not be concerned about parking (which is a real headache in the centre of Matera)

Very recently-constructed hotel with abundant visual good taste. Easy stop while travelling as it is on the western edge of town (non-touristy edge). We were travelling through so it was very convenient with easy car access and free parking. Breakfast buffet had very high-quality ingredients; the restaurant offerings were only average. I would not recommend for those staying to visit the center of Matera; that experience is better done with one of the hotels in the Sassi (although that has the challenges of parking if you are driving to Matera).

We loved out stay here. The hotel was located a few minutes from Matera, and was beautifully set up yet with an extremely reasonsble price. we had breakfast each day at the hotel and, on our final evening, after climbing many stairs and exploring Matera, we were able to eat at the hoel restaurant. The staff were completely competent abd friendly and the room was comfortable and well designed. Wifi and parking were included. The entry gate closed at 11:30pm, but you could enter with the room key. I highly recommend Dimore del Monaco to anyone.

Easy parking. Not far drive to sassi. Room had air conditioning but it was turned to heat. Room was stuffy. So we were told to open window. Then you had security lights in your eyes all night. Breakfast very mediocre. No water in the room. The water in shower never got hot it staid luke warm.

Quarto e banheiro com piso carpete, nao achei bom. O cofre do quarto 104 nao funcionava, as pilhas estavam oxidadas. No primeiro dia tinha um odor desagradável no interior do quarto, depois passou. Achei o quarto pequeno para 03 pessoas. A equipe de funcionários excelente, a recepcionista que falava português foi muito simpática e prestativa na hora do check-in e do check-out

Hotel localizado em um bairro mais periférico longe da área turística. Perfeito para quem está de carro, estacionamento é gratuito por sinal. Bom tamanho do quarto e do banheiro ( chuveiro com ducha e box espaçoso), cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Café da manhã com menos itens, mas tudo bem gostoso. Atendeu minha necessidades para 1 pernoite, retornaria. Há restaurantes muito bons nas proximidades do hotel.

Dimos con esta opción de hospedaje en Matera por el precio, pues cerca del centro son altos. Al llegar nos dimos cuenta que estaba más lejos de lo que calculamos, pero el staff fue super amable para explicarnos cómo llegar y hacernos saber las diferentes opciones. Al final elegimos movernos en bus y fue muy práctico y rápido. El hotel es bonito, limpio, moderno. La habitación es cómoda y agradable.

E' stato un soggiorno molto piacevole. L'hotel è bello e comodo, in posizione tranquilla, con ampio parcheggio. Il personale è cordiale e disponibile (ci è stato fornito anche l'appgrade per la camera). Le stanze sono ampie, moderne e arredate con stile. Buona e curata la colazione. Ci tornerò sicuramente.
