The house has a terraced garden (50sqm) completely enclosed (fence height 1.20m) and equipped with a large gazebo equipped with table, chairs, brick barbecue, veranda and a semi-inground hexagonal pool (3m deep 1.40m deep) equipped with deckchairs and outside shower. About 30m from the house there is a large plot (2000 sqm) on terraces with olive trees always owned by the house where you can park cars and where children can play.The house is furnished in rustic style with terracotta floors, beamed ceilings and mezzanine, colorful walls, fans in the bedrooms and mosquito nets. Perfect base from which to discover the beautiful Tuscany!
