Its location at the end of a narrow, 3-metre-wide country road means that you will enjoy complete tranquillity here, in a landscape dominated by eucalyptus and olive trees, and scented with the perfume of citrus groves. While the villa for 12 occupies around 500 m², the garden extends over an enormous 3,000 m² encompassing terraces, olive and palm tree dotted lawns, and a delightful infinity pool (5 x 10 m) with superb sea views. A spacious terrace provides ample space for al fresco dining and attractive white wicker lounge-style furniture to relax in and enjoy the panoramic view. Archways lead through to pretty hideaway corners featuring a pizza oven, grill and barbecue. Step inside into a home filled with dazzling ceramics, antique furniture and original features. On the ground floor, relax in the study or in the lounge, which has a sofa, armchairs, a fireplace and a TV. The dining room and kitchen are inter-connected and the kitchen leads directly out to the terrace. Stairs lead from the lounge to the first floor.
