Marystown Vacation Packages

This is a boutique hotel in an older building. There is a certain charm with the architecture and the high ceilings; however, with an older building there is poor sound-proofing (we heard every step the upstairs guests made). Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room needed a deep clean as there were dust-bunnies under the chairs and in the corners. The hard surface floors are great but were not very clean when we arrived. There was grit and fingernail clippings that did not belong to us. We walked around in our socks to keep the room clean but that also revealed how dirty the floors were. The location is great; right beside Jelly Bean row and within walking distance of downtown. The parking was as advertised but there are only 7 or 8 spaces on the street for non-residents, happily we always found a place to park each day. The check-in process was non-contact. We were given lots of information prior to check-in and an info pack on arrival. There was a guest directory provided with some information on local attractions and restaurant suggestions.

The room and property was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. One negative is the fact that it is not very environmentally friendly. No recycling bin in our room and there is only paper plates and individually wrapped utensils (fork,knife,spoon) in plastic for breakfast. Everything goes in the garbage, real plates and utensils would be easier to use and better for the environment.

We were able to check in early. Shuttle picked us up after dropping off car rental. Enjoyed quiet evening in exceptionally clean hotel. Great service in restaurant/lounge and shuttle to airport the following morning.

Breakfast was excellent and an unexpected perk! Bed was very comfortable. Cleaning good. Room overall good just a bit run down. Staff was very helpful as we had an issue with the TV and they came to the room immediately and fixed it.
