For your entertainment, there are 7 smart Roku TVs—including a 55" flat-screen in the living room, and high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you connected. The home also comes equipped with 2 kayaks for exploring the water and central air-conditioning to keep you cool during the warmer months.

I am Jerry, your host. I was born and raised in Oneonta and I live in the area. I am just 15 minutes from the property and I can easily be reached at any time via call or text should you have any questions or issues. You will be greeted by me or one of my teammates at the property. We will get you registered, give you the keys and a brief orientation to the property to get you settled in.



Avonmora is a very serene waterfront location, located on a dead end street located in a residential lake community. Please respect local speed limits, noise ordinances and quiet hours.



There are taxis and the public bus, but Uber and Lyft are scarce. A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area.
