Mary Kay Museum Tours and Activities

Jimmy at the front desk was very short and not friendly. The bar staff was not busy but did not come to our table to take our orders. We had to walk up to bar to get drinks. The bartender was more interested in visiting with one guy. However, Justin at the pool was amazing! Even though he was super busy he took care of everybody very well. The a/c vent in our bathroom was dripping and a/c would not cool room during the day but after hours would finally cool at night better.

Great hotel accommodations that feels more like the comforts of home and or our European stays, especially in the suites. Always superior in hospitality and service. Restaurants provide us excellent service especially for our anniversary and the food and preparations are great quality. We could have used more housekeeping, since they didn’t seem to turn down our beds at night or provide us with more towels. We would have liked to have had lean washcloths and towels and robes for the other half of our stay.
