« Rebecca’s place was wonderful. The apartment was incredibly clean, beautifully and creatively decorated with thought and style and the surrounding area was both quaint and picturesque. We spent Labor Day weekend there and experienced “Illuminattion Night” which was very cool. Rebecca made some great recommendations, and although it’s right next to a marina, it was incredibly quiet. We would love to stay again. »

This space is an unfinished basement that is absolutely not rental-ready, and the host Jias's response to my concerns was entirely dismissive.Major Issues with the Property:Unfinished & Exposed Structure: There is no ceiling. The wide-open floor beams, studs, nails, wiring, and plumbing are completely exposed. Because it is completely unfinished, insulation was actively falling out of the ceiling and landing directly onto my bed...
