Stricter rules should be implemented to reservations involving sport teams. Having lack of supervision allowing kids running and yelling in the hallways till 11pm while others are trying to sleep or relax is unacceptable. Front desk employee disregarded the racket.

I was very disappointed to learn the gym was not opened when found out. When someone is above you in a room and run the shower its extremly loud and can wake you up.
