Die Zimmer sind frisch renoviert, Die Lage ist einfach fantastisch, mitten im Wald! Es gibt viel Ruhe und die Möglichkeit zum Wandern und Entspannen, Es war etwas unorganisiert, Wir hatten eigentlich den Wellnessbereich im Preis inbegriffen, sollten aber trotzdem 15€ pro Tag dafür zahlen! Daher haben wir ihn nicht genutzt, Es ist sehr schade, dass man sich nicht darüber informiert, was die Gäste gebucht haben! Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber! Das Personal war sehr freundlich, Beim Abendessen am Buffet war es etwas merkwürdig, da es keine Beschilderung gab und wenn etwas leer war, wurde es nicht nachgefüllt! Ich würde das Hotel dennoch weiterempfehlen! Danke für die schöne Zeit in Ihrem Haus,

Entgegen dem ersten Eindruck ist die Ausstattung modern, Das Zimmer war größtenteils sauber, jedoch hatten sich viele Marienkäfer in den Ecken niedergelassen und flogen im Halbdunkel umher, Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, Beim Abendessen gab es ein kaltes/warmes Büfett, das für jeden Geschmack etwas bot, Leider gibt es auch einige negative Punkte, Der Check-in war sehr chaotisch und wurde von dem Mitarbeiter Tobi nicht gut gehandhabt, Unsere schriftlich bestätigten Zimmer waren von ihm anderweitig vergeben worden, und wir mussten 90 Minuten im Foyer warten, bis sich eine andere Mitarbeiterin um uns kümmerte und wir gleichwertige Zimmer erhielten, Auch an der Bar waren wir von Tobi enttäuscht, Die bestellten Cocktails "Aperol-Spritz" bestanden aus 4 cl Aperol, die mit Mineralwasser aufgefüllt wurden, und kosteten jeweils 8,60 €, Das hat den ansonsten gelungenen Abend etwas getrübt,
