"Brilliant staff, bit of a mix up as I paid for breakfast separately when I checked in but it was allocated to the wrong room so when I had breakfast the next morning I was told I had not paid. Breakfast lady said I could just speak to reception, reception said not to worry so it was not a problem. Everything else in the hotel was fantastic, I will look out for this chain again!!"

"Possibly the biggest room we have ever seen in a hotel! This room was massive! A huge kitchen, giant bathroom plus an extra toilet. Really great facilities including a huge, swivel TV. Brilliant view over the park and river. The room was meticulously clean and the hotel was very well presented. An excellent stay, would certainly recommend for larger families"

"We stayed for 2 nights, nice clean hotel, spacious room. Very hot in the room but large free standing fan supplied which was very useful. Staff all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast well presented and variety of options for everyone. We ate in the restaurant - lovely food, great service. Local tram ride to Basel very easy to negotiate. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend."

"The room was large and comfortable, and the staff were warm and professional. We had dinner at the restaurant for two nights, which was characterized by excellent service. A bonus was the small pool on the property that cooled us off in the 38°C heat."
