The location was lovely, the apartment was generous and quiet. The cost was good,negatives it’s a little tired and probably needs a refresh, apart from that I enjoyed my two night stay. FABULOUS!!!!! FABULOUS!!!! Everything you could want. Dining table,fridge freezer,hob,microwave,crockery,cutlery. Massive shower,very clean & comfortable!!! BEAUTIFUL surroundings,wake up to look across green belt land(STUNNING) Large pond in beautiful grounds!! SO SO quiet area. Late arrival up to midnight,just PERFECT,ABSOLUTELY love the place. Warning flag as no check-in details and we had to phone on the day. The “apartment” is a converted stable and the bedroom window is an internal frosted window. No soap or other amenities and had to hunt around to find bedding to make up the sofa bed in the “kitchen” for the 3rd guest. No sign of anyone to make payment despite being told to go to the house on arrival. Rude owner Steve then phoned at 10:35pm and insisted on us getting out of bed in the dark to make payment rather than in the morning.
