I was very happy with my stay here! Rooms were spacious, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly!! The view was the best in mardin. Definitely will return and recommend!!

We couldn't go to Mardin, we have asked the Hotel to modify our reservation to same hotel but in a different city, bur they didn't accept! Same hotel but different branch, we felt disappointed to be honest.

The rooms smell like cigarettes, and even in non-smoking rooms, the cigarette odor comes through the ventilation. At certain times, it feels like a four-star roadside hotel. The staff is limited.

In this Hilton Hotel almost nobody speaking English. Breakfast is bad. Finest sport almost everything is kapot. Sauna look dirty.staff not friendly. For this price better on the street sleeping. In the room shower is not work. Called to frontdesk nobody there. Is this Hilton hotel.👎👎👎👎👎👎
