Villa Marco is Three Bedrooms and Den Home. Beautiful Water Views with magnificent Sunset. Villa Marco is a perfect getaway from big city life. The water view is almost 180 degrees, making it the gem of the island. 3 bedrooms, den, family room, and living room. Full kitchen, an outdoor pool, and BBQ station. We are pets friendly. Sleeping Options: 3 Private Bedrooms: Master Br -1 King bed; Guest Br1 - 2 Queen beds; Guest Br2 - 1 Queen and 1 Twin bed. Den: Small extra room with Queen Size bed. Family Room with Queen Size pullout Sofa. Living Room with Full-Size Futon and Tween Chaise. You are welcome to take the fruits as they ripen. Ceiling fans and central AC climate control, throughout the house. The Family room is a Large Room connecting to the Master bedroom and Living Room. Kitchen and Patio/Breakfast area. The family room and Living Rooms have large Area Rugs, flouting into the Dining area. The dining area has a Dining table that can seat 8 guests. The indoor patio has Outdoor furniture. The breakfast table is for 8 guests and has extra chairs. The patio is under the roof and provides plenty of shade for the pool area and is equipped with ceiling fans. There are pool chairs and lounges. Inside the patio, you will find Barbecue Grill. The family room has a 60“ TV with 100 channel Cable and HBO. The boat dock is equipped with a fish cleaning table, Fishing rod holders, 4 Armchairs, and a drink table for seating and watching Beautiful Marco Island Sunset. Our support team is available from 12:30 pm to 9:30 pm. The price is based on 6 people's occupancy. Each additional guest is $25+tax per person up to 12 people total. We require a refundable security damage deposit of $800 per stay. We welcome pets up to 45 lb. The pet fee for the first week is $85+ tax per pet. $170+ tax per pet max up to one month stay. We require an additional refundable security deposit of $100 if you stay with your pet. The pet needs to be approved by the support team. All deposits must be submitted in advance. Nonnegotiable methods of payment: Cash, Zelle, Bank transfer, or Cashiers Check. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. We are self-catering property. But for starters, the house was not as it was described on the listing. The fourth bedroom, which is not pictured in the description, was not as advertised. I was later mislead by the management company while trying to clarified the layout. The management company attempted to draw a diagram for the layout, but this was not remotely close to the true layout. Dead roach in the cabinet, attributed by the management to be from recent spraying. Air conditioning went out during stay, which was blamed on our group by the owner, after making complaints. The owner further claimed our deposit would not be returned due to loud noise complaints he had received. This was found to be false after contacting Marco Island Police Department. The owner later called me personally as made comments such as “you are good as dead”. He later claimed he meant I was good as dead to “him”. He threatened legal action if our group did not leave and further claimed he would send an eviction team to have us removed. All this over complaints made to VRBO about his property. VRBO made no attempts to right this wrong. Later, the host claimed we booked for the wrong amount of people, only paying for 11… HOWEVER, Vrbo specifically said they did not collect payments for this listing and billing was done by the management agency. I was clear when booking that our party was 15\. We vacated the property early to save our vacation. ##### Allan D. Lots of good restaurants nearby whether by car or boat. House is very big, layout is really nice. Covered patio outside is perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. A pool and large patio area overlooking the water as well. Large home with multiple accesses to the patio. Located close to restaurants, grocery and shopping. Easy to get to Naples and all that area has to offer. Plenty of bathrooms and beds for 10 (couples mainly or shared beds with kids) a pullout couch wasn’t quite what it needed to be but sufficed for our 16year old. Tvs didn’t work properly in any of the bedrooms. Xfinity was the carrier. Kitchen was missing a few necessities and toaster didn’t work. Super cold A/C in the mornings. The trash situation doesn’t work well if checking out in middle of the week. Trash will sit for the week until it comes again on Mondays. But recycling is twice a week. Plenty of linens for beds and towels for the whole family. Would love to visit again. ##### Katherine H. The house was clean and had great views of the canal from various rooms. It was quiet and peaceful. The master bedroom was very far away from the other bedrooms so if you had a large group of people, it gave you a lot of room to spread out. My favorite spot in the house was sitting out on the patio looking at the pool and canal. The biggest minuses were that the front door knob kept falling off and you had to keep putting it on to get out of the house. We arrived in the dark and it was at the end of a cul de sac so it was hard to find our house number because there were not any lights on. It could also use some baking dishes and more water drinking glasses. ##### Vickie M. We have a did not like the lack of customer service by the property management company. When we arrived there was still trash out front (overflowing full bins). There with a huge garage we were not allowed to park in (it was empty). There were locks on every storage area like closets and cabinets. Although when you keep 10,000 rounds of ammo and guns in 1 of them then I understand why it's locked. There was no warning or schedule we were aware of, so the pool guy scared my wife as he was on the property unannounced. The refrigerator was on the fritz was freezing fresh food and freezer needed defrosting. Overall it was a great time had by all. Although it was less about where we stayed and more about the company kept. Should be priced $50 cheaper per night. ##### Rondell J.
