If you’re looking for access to some of Marco Island’s top attractions, along with elite amenities of your own, then this 1,200 square foot 2nd floor condo at the Beachview is for you. It sleeps four, with one king bed, two twins, and two bathrooms.  
  
The Beachview is known for its friendly atmosphere, world-class amenities, and palm tree-ringed resort-style pool. Here, you get the best of both worlds, as the community is just a short walk to access Marco Island’s beach and fine shopping and dining.  
  
The theme of this condo is tropical modernity, which can be seen by its luxurious tile floors and contemporary décor, along with splashes of tropical colors. The living area is filled with stylish furniture placed perfectly around the television, which provides you with extra comfort. To top it off, the living area opens up to the balcony, so you’ll be able to enjoy the interior and exterior at the same time.  
  
Take time to relax outside and lounge on the balcony overlooking the garden. With its chairs and table, consider starting or ending your day there while enjoying breakfast or dinner.  
  
The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve picture-perfect meals.  
  
Both bedrooms, along with their ample closet and drawer space, offer televisions. They also provide views of the garden with the gorgeous palm trees.  
  
We want you to enjoy all the comforts and conveniences of home, so the unit comes with amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella.  
  
People drive for miles to visit the sun-kissed beaches of the Paradise Coast, but you’re just a short walk away. So put on your flip-flops and spend your days enjoying the white powdery sands, turquoise water, mesmerizing sunsets, and endless activities. Take a parasailing cruise and see the ocean the way the birds see it. Go snorkeling alongside sea life. Wade through warm tide pools in search of shells. Or simply lay back and watch the dolphins frolic in the surf.
