It sleeps four, with one king bed, two twins, and two bathrooms. The Beachview is known for its friendly atmosphere, world-class amenities, and palm tree-ringed resort-style pool. Here, you get the best of both worlds, as the community is just a short walk to access Marco Island’s beach and fine shopping and dining. The theme of this condo is tropical modernity, which can be seen by its luxurious tile floors and contemporary décor, along with splashes of tropical colors. The living area is filled with stylish furniture placed perfectly around the television, which provides you with extra comfort. To top it off, the living area opens up to the balcony, so you’ll be able to enjoy the interior and exterior at the same time. Our unit B206 was totally updated, clean and well- appointed with everything we needed for our two month winter getaway. We enjoyed making new friends with all of our neighbors and had lots of fun at the weekly social hour pitch-in by the pool. Reviewer Comments: Our family stayed here for a month. The condo is extremely large, well appointed, immaculate and beds are so comfortable. There is no hot tub which was advertised. The neighbours below are very picky about your water useage and complain if you do laundry or run the dishwasher outside of business hours, which was a huge impediment to our daily living.The condo itself is 5 stars but the residents who live here are old and crotchety. The pool area was like a library, it was so quiet I felt embarassed to even splash. Not reco.mended for young families, maybe geared toward a retiree. ##### April M.
