The property group was very responsive about an ant situation in the kitchen and had an exterminator there next day and got the problem solved. Great amount of beach gear including toys for kids, beach chairs, umbrella and wagon that were incredibly useful! Just be aware that you will be responsible for a few loads of laundry before you leave if you don’t want to have any additional fees. The pool is especially nice and the kitchen is well stocked for home cooking. The neighborhood felt safe and there were plenty of amenities in the immediate vicinity. Be advised that while the beach could technically be a “6 minute walk” to the beach if you have long legs and aren’t carrying anything or anyone, we found it to be more like 12-15 when dragging a full beach wagon, cooler, etc. in the Floridian heat. (It’s still a relatively close/short walk.) We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area and I highly recommend the property! Everything was great! ##### Melissa W.
