It sleeps 10, with two king beds, two queens, two twins and four bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage. The lanai is surrounded by a stunning waterway, offering a palm-framed view of turquoise waters. Take a refreshing swim in the heated pool, then fire up the gas grill for waterside dining at its finest, enjoying your meal at the shaded outdoor table cooled by an overhead fan. As the day winds down, relax on a myriad of sun loungers and chairs, sipping a tropical drink as the setting sun paints the sky in brilliant shades of orange. Just steps from the lanai, a private dock awaits, complete with a circle of Adirondack chairs—the perfect spot to watch for dolphins and manatees. Boaters can dock their vessel or jet ski, while those looking for a more personal adventure can take the two provided kayaks out on the water, using the included kayak lift for easy access. It is a beautiful home.The chidren were thrilled with the hot tub, pool and kayaks and were in the water a better part of each day.We did contend with garbage cans that had not been emptied and were filled with maggots. We had a great stay in Marco primarily because of this beautiful home. The pool area was incredible. We were a little concerned about the size of the pool due to the pictures but it was much bigger than it looked. The hot tub was also very nice, even in the summer. There were plenty of spaces for everyone to make their own and still some incredible shared spaces.Everything in the home worked perfectly and the rooms were extremely comfortable. The location was very close to the beach access and all that Marco has to offer.Would HIGHLY recommend staying here!!! ##### Michael M. We couldn't arrive during rental company hours and check-in/check-out was SO easy. Everything was great! This house had everything we needed. We grilled out, cooked in, and enjoyed the pool and patio immensely. The only small issue we had was the AC would shut off and go up to 78 every night, so we got up a few times every night to turn it back down. A small vacuum would've been nice too - but other than that, it is well-equipped. The weather was absolutely amazing too, which was appreciated :) ##### Susan M.
