Get away for the weekend in Paradise! This condominium is available for a minimum 3-night stay in the off season.

Dazzling, Renovated, Beachfront Condo in Prime Location! Recently remodeled to include custom flooring and cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops. The bedroom features a spacious king-sized bed and flat-screen TV The customized shower is reminiscent of tropical waterfalls and the modern vanity utilizes the most of the space. The dining area comfortably accommodates 4 guests. A leather sleeper sofa allows for two additional overnight guests and there is a swivel-mounted flat-screen TV for everyone's viewing pleasure. Take in the amazing sunrises or sunsets and step out onto the balcony for unbelievable views of the Gulf of Amenities include:

Enjoy tropical cocktails or fresh seafood downstairs at the Sunset Grill

Please be advised Apollo charges a registration fee $45 and a $75 hold which is returned on check out at the Apollo office when returning the parking tag. No parking tag returned then the $75 is charged.

NOTICE: TURTLE NESTING SEASON From May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Renters/Guests agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Renters/Guests understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against them by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Renter agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee's occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred."

Amazing location

Condo complex was perfect, the unit was not as great but with some minor improvements it would make a world of difference. Broken handle on the slider (we tried to fix ) Freshen up bath towels, new toilet bowl brush, new sitting chair in the unit and a working stovetop would be a start. No colander in the kitchen and some other little things in the kitchen. Overall we had a great time and a great experience so I would definitely recommend ! Just give this unit some TLC and please repaint the brown walls that match the faded brown towels!

Great condo, perfect location, great beach access, great beach, very safe, convenient

Stayed March 2021-7 days. To disclose, my beach vacations only require a nice place to stay and easy access to a great beach-This fit the bill and more! Check-in requires you to stop at a property manager office (Re-Max) to get a key and instructions. Although it went quickly (within 15min), the lady was on the phone a while with a client, and I was 2nd in line waiting to get condo keys-eager to start my vacation. ReMax was enroute from airport to condo. Key drop off was easy-just a a drop box outside of ReMax. Had to check in again, now with the Apollo, once you arrive at Apollo-took approx 15min to complete forms (after the front desk staff finally arrived-again-eager to begin my vacation). You get assigned covered parking. Lobby was unremarkable. 2 elevators-one was not working for 2 days. Very clean, quiet, safe building and very friendly workers (many times there were electricians/plumbers/etc around the building). Updated, very nice, very clean condo. Our friends stayed in a condo on 2nd floor-excellent extensive patio but run-down room. Our other friends stayed on 4th floor and had a great room like ours. Our patio had a perfect view of the ocean and privacy from all but one adjacent condo. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed-which was unexpected as the listing didn't mention certain things such as coffee pot & papergoods-however, the listing does say in fine print that renters need to bring all toiletries and papergoods. That said, it appeared as though many renters left things behind, and we paid it forward as well! So remember to bring coffee filters, napkins, papertowels, TP, soap, dish soap. Fridge was a great size-no ice maker. King bed was great but sofa sleeper was approx 4" thin mattress-very uncomfortable. Plenty of room to live and the patio was great. Bathroom was a nice size. Bath, beach and kitchen towels provided, linens and blankets provided. It did not appear as though the blankets had been washed. There is a storage closet outside of the condo that is associated with each condo-we were not aware of this until our friends informed us-has beach chairs/umbrella/beach toys. The pool/hot tub closes at varying times-we were asked to leave at 7:30pm, sunset, & dusk-confusing & very disappointing as this is not a spring break break Condo. Restaurant was convenient but not delicious. Very short walk to the ocean front, great shelling and clear water! Amazing beach and ocean! Will be back!

Great condo... poor maintence experience

The condo was very nice and clean. We loved the pool and Sunset Grille on property. However our smoke alarm started chirping at 4 in the afternoon the day we got there. We called maintenance and were rudely told that we we woke up his wife and baby, and that it was our responsibility to go buy a battery to replace it. We did buy a battery and replaced it, but the alarm started chirping again at 2 in the morning. We just unplugged the alarm and left it on the counter in hopes that housekeeping would get a better response from maintenance in getting it fixed.

MY HUSBAND AND I LOVED THIS PLACE.. WE HAVE STAYED AT THE APOLLO MANY TIMES AND THIS IS BY FAR THE BEST UNIT WE HAVE HAD. THE PLACE WAS UPDATED AND MOST IMPORTANT CLEAN. THE DECOR WAS VERY WELCOMING. WE HAD A BEAUTIFUL VIEW FROM THE BALCONY. HOPING TO STAY THERE AGAIN.

Nice property. We appreciate the cleanliness and up to date furnishings. We decided on this unit because of the beachfront location. It is perfect. I wish it was better stocked with the basics. Toilet paper and dishwasher soap. We had to run out and get on Sunday. Our first full day there.

Great Unit in a building with some empirical flaws

Overall, the unit is fantastic - the view is superb, the unit is clean, and stocked very well for a beach vacation. Everything you need for a day on the beach - chairs, carts, umbrella, etc. Nice towels and bedding - furniture is well kept for a rental. I understand the glass shower door was shattered earlier in the month (Dec 2019) so the makeshift tension rod and vinyl curtain made for a less than enjoyable shower as the vinyl would cling to you. Owning my own Marco property, I understand things happen and the salt/humidity is unforgiving so not a big stink at all - I'm sure the contractors are on "Florida time" as they typically all are! The negatives: the building is a nicer Fort Knox.. the key system that requires you 2 keys to get in the lobby and again into the elevator before getting to the unit -- as well as the keys needed to get off the beach, into the building, into the elevator. -- are a bit antiquated, they need to consider a RFID fob system upgrade. This is not a unit issue, but an Apollo condominum issue. Again, being semi-local, I understand this is for the safety of the owners/renters, having public beach access so close and a public restaurant beneath you. The pool rarely sees direct sun, so if you're not a beach person, don't plan on catching rays there. The parking again, is flawed due to the folks who visit the adjoining restaurant, or who park for beach access. The lawn is tore up from all the people who park as if it's a tailgate, especially on game days. Overall - very positive experience, not sure we'd stay at this end of the beach again as we like a bit more space - and it does get very crowded, so we found ourselves setting up a few buildings North down the beach. Enjoy our beautiful island!

Well appointed and cozy!

We have vacationed at the Apollo several times and this was the first visit to this condo. Bed was super comfy, loved the recliner and cozy accent blankets in the living room and bedroom as it felt homey! Beach chairs, etc were plentiful as well! The owners have made some nice upgrades and take pride in their home! We did have a few negative things happen that I will share here so the owners can see in regards to ReMax ( not the Apollo) the condo manager ~ We arrived to a half cleaned condo....bed was made, floors were filthy, sand on counters, tables full of fingerprints, etc. - we called and they sent someone quickly to reclean - job was well done. We had only 2 bath towels only for the week - 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth, no kitchen towel for sink. After investigating the condo, we found plenty of beach towels in a closet. 2 days later my husband found a rubbermaid tote tucked into the bedroom closet full of extra sheets, towels, etc. Not sure if they were intended for our use or if they were the owners personal items. We were left a note on the shower door saying not to use one of the doors and that they would notify the office and send someone on Monday ( this was a Saturday check in), no one called or came by Monday so I called the office and office manager Angie was curt and abit rude with me. I had called to inquire about the shower and also to let her know the toliet tank was not filling up when we flushed it,.. The next day a very nice maintenance man came by replaced something in the toliet tank and he then discovered a wheel broken on the sliding glass shower doors, upon removal of the door, the door shattered into hundreds of pieces of glass all over the shower, the floor the hallway. He was cut in several places as a result, but cleaned the place spotless for our safety and then replaced the door with a shower curtain so we could continue use of the area. The following day making breakfast, we realized we could not shut the stove burners off, the nobs just kept spinning around...my husband had found a tool box on his search for towels earlier in the week so we used a pair of pliers, took the plastic nobs off, and was able to shut off the stove. Our reason for this feedback is for the owner to be made aware, after 3 repairs and a filthy condo at check in, ReMax property manager never bothered to reach out to us. You, however have created a lovely space to enjoy.

Comfortable & Perfect Location

We have stayed in the Apollo multiple times in our trips to Marco Island. It's a well maintained, secure property in the best location on the beach. It is great for families and budget friendly, especially in the off season. It has everything you could want: it's directly on the beach with easy access; a nice pool and tennis courts; covered parking; a restaurant downstairs. The staff at the Apollo are very nice, friendly and helpful. This condo is very pretty inside and not cluttered. The bathroom has a great shower and the bedroom has a huge king size bed and lots of drawers for clothes. We are pretty lowkey--we prefer to eat our own food and just go to restaurants occasionally. For us, a good kitchen, comfy bed, great view and good wifi (to be in touch with work, unfortunately) are what we look for in a place to stay. This condo was clean and had a spectacular view from the 8th floor. It was terrific for watching sunsets, and also for watching the storms roll in. We wished we could take the bed home with us--it was amazing. The kitchen was good, but could use a few more pots and pans and accessories. It only had 2 burners--I'm sure it was my fault for not checking more carefully. It was a little more challenging to cook. The microwave somehow was an oven also--which we had never seen before. The wifi was great. We found it challenging initially to get the tv to work --I think better instructions would be helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect stay

Condo was perfect, everything you need restaurant downstairs was not to pricey and food was good. For a rental I was surprised how comfortable the bed was :)
