Coatepec Market Tours and Activities

First time this has ever happened anywhere! I stayed at this location. It has pools. I invited some friends to come swimming with me. They had romp at to enter the pool. I was not told this by the hotel staff, upon check in. I was also not informed through Orbitz or the hotel website. They did not have an iron, refrigerator or microwave in the room. The main door also has large gaps. Staff were very nice. However, I will not stay here again.

Tener una cafetera en las habitaciones sería una buena idea. Y que actualicen las cajas de seguridad en las habitaciones ya que en la master suite donde nos hospedamos no servía

Muy bonito el hotel, todo el personal es muy atento, definitivamente recomendable
