Location was safe and convenient! We loved being just a 4 minute walk from the Hampstead Theater and Swiss Cottage station. The room and communal bathrooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

The staff was amazing. The rooms were clean, I would suggest new pillows as they went flat even using 2 pillows didn’t help. I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast buffet, would not pay for it again.

Lovely, clean room, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Parking was available under the building &, with a bus stop just across the road, access to the city centre was easy. We had breakfast on our last morning which was fresh & had everything we wanted.
