SpringHill Suites by Marriott Austin North
Cleaning crew never came to our room to clean or provide towels. Second day we asked a cleaning lady why they haven’t cleaned our room and they stated we have to request to be put on the list for them to clean our room. This information was never given to us by hotel staff or anyone.

No coffee cups nd one pod was provided in the room. The front desk was offended I asked for cups and made me fetch them and hung up on me. Way below my expectations.
