We stayed there last year and the ice machine was broke, went back this year and it was still broke. They were sending us all over the place to get ice, simply ridiculous The tub was clogged and then at 4:30 in the afternoon we had no clean towels, had to track down a maid for them Our last night there we had the police at the hotel 2 times, the second time there were 6 police officers there Never again!!!

For what I paid it wasn’t worth it. I should get money back. Some of the blinds were broken and the one bedroom window didn’t have one at all. Told the manager but no one came to install one. Nothing like the picture. Our full bed the frame was broken. The can opener should be thrown away filthy. The cleaning staff was very accommodating though. Don’t STAY THERE .

My family stayed here for a week at the end of July. The hotel is definitely a no frills place but it was clean and the front desk was friendly. The location was perfect and although we had to park a block away it wasn’t a bad walk. My only complaint would be that housekeeping didn’t do a very good job cleaning the rooms and didn’t clean every day which isn’t good when there is sand! We had to go ask for towels several days! My recommendation for the hotel Would be to keep a broom and dustpan in each room so we could sweep the sand off the floors. All in all we would stay here again though!

This is our fourth year staying here and we have loved our visit each time. It did seem this year that there may have been some staffing shortages as certain amenities were closed at different times than they should have been, but otherwise everything was great. Thank you again for a great week!

Horrible experience won't be staying again! We drove 8 hours and as soon as we got there it was crap. No one at the check in desk just a phone number to call. Also because no one is working it's a free for all all night. Drunk ppl screaming all hours. Then me and my husband go to the beach come back and find a man in our bed and when I went to the front desk to find out what the heck was going on she said oh well your room was clean so we assumed u check out early. I was flabbergasted and then she proceeded to get an attitude saying it was a mistake. Also the man in our bed was the workers boyfriend she said oh that's just my boyfriend I'll go get him out. I checked out that second. Call Expedia and they got me a full refund. Won't be recommending at all. We moved over to the Americana hotel right next door and they were amazing in every way
