Mapaville Vacation Packages

The room was clean and the hallways were clean. The breakfast was good and the room was affordable. Just what we were looking for!

I felt very safe in this area; it was well maintained and lots to do within walking distance and close to the hotel. Parking and check-in were a little confusing as there was a car parked right at the front doors and driveway was intentionally blocked. After driving around the block a couple of times, I figured out that parking is actually on the street. I later figured out the parking lot down the road a bit, which was also little confusing because you couldn't tell if the parking was for the surrounding shopping areas or for the hotel. There weren't any visible signs to clarify.

Staff was excellent and very polite! The gym was top notch with tons of options.

I booked online and paid via the app. When I arrived on site they explained they had overbooked and had no rooms available. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond and secured a room at another location. Thank you to the staff for taking care of us.
