The great room boasts a fireplace, large 65” flat screen TV, dry bar with ice machine as well as beverage and wine refrigerators. French doors lead to a massive deck with private walk onto the beach. Outdoor lounging and dining areas seat 10+ guests.
UPPER LEVEL: 1 King and 1 Queen ensuite bedrooms each with it’s own luxurious spa bathroom. Upper level also provides another family room with large 65” flat screen TV, Peloton bike, weights, and yoga area. Sliding doors lead to a deck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
LOWER LEVEL: 1 room with 4 twins, or covert to king bed. A family room with large TV, full bathroom, laundry room w/washer & dryer, and access to garage.

You can leave the car in the driveway! Walk south on our street to the end, where a set of stairs leads to the next continuation of Ocean
Avenue. From there, it's an easy stroll straight to the beach or over to the local strip along Route 35.

Nestled between two major towns: Point Pleasant and Sea Side these towns offer boardwalks with many attractions, such as rides, arcades, mini golf, and Jenkinson’s Aquarium. They are incredibly entertaining for both adults and children. There are three towns that are close enough to bike to, Lavalette, Ortely, and Normandy Beach. These beach communities have wonderful restaurants, ice cream shops and shopping,
Walking distance only 1 block from the house is “Charlie’s” a farmers stand with Fresh fruit, vegetables, and daily grocery needs. They have fresh breads pastries and their famous cheesecake is the creamiest cheesecake ever. Adjacent is a cafe offering breakfast and lunch.
