We had a great stay here this past weekend. The host was very communicative and helpful leading up to the trip. There was lots of room for all of our group. The host was having a little issue with bees but was quick to let me know and we weren’t bothered at all. This house is extremely close to downtown which made it very easy to walk everywhere. Very good food and cute shops downtown as well. We also enjoyed all the fall colors on our walks downtown or by the river. Overall very successful weekend away!

Perfect size for our group of 8

Finding comfortable accommodations for a group of 8 adults isn't always easy. This property is in an excellent location and offered plenty of space for our large group. We had everything available to make our long weekend stay comfortable.With only a couple of extra questions for our host, she was prompt in her responses and follow up.If we're back in Manistee we'll likely look for this spot again.

Christmas Holiday

My family stayed here from Dec 20 to Jan 3 and had a fantastic time being together. The host was terrific and super responsive. She had decorated the house for us with a Christmas tree and all. She also left us several very thoughtful gifts and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy. We enjoyed our time there and had a terrific time with each other. It was our favorite holiday together. Thank you!

Great for fishing and golfing trip

Worked perfect for us. The rental is an older house that was nicely updated inside. 3 separate bedrooms and 5 beds in a bonus room worked great for our guys group of 8. Only heads up is a heads up on the climb up the stairs it has a lower ceiling so don’t bump your head. Door into bonus attic room is small but worked great for us. No complaints. This worked great for us and was next door to the marina we used. Nice outside patio we chilled on.

Work "Vacation"

This house worked great for our work crew! We have a remodeling job on the area and this house was a great alternative to a hotel. We put the whole crew up in this house! The accommodations were very clean and tastefully decorated. The crew was very comfortable. The full kitchen allowed us to make meals for everyone, which saved us a lot of money. Check-in and Check-out was very simple and smooth. Host was quick at responding. Even the extra parking in back worked for all of our vehicles! Highly recommend - works great for a large group!

Great place for exploring Manistee

We enjoyed the neat, comfortable house and the location. Plenty room for the 11 of us and downtown Manistee was a walk away. The kitchen was well stocked for making our meals and the games and toys helped keep the kids occupied. Thanks for a great stay.

Great for a guys trip!

The place was very nice and had everything we could have asked for! Lots of room for our large group (12 in total!) It was very clean and they had plenty of towels and linens for our stay. Carmen was very responsive with any questions and concerns and even left us a thank you note for when we arrived! The location made downtown Manistee a very easy 13 minute walk and made for a great place for couples. Thanks again for a great trip!

Manistee House

We just spent 8 days in Manistee for a family fishing vacation. The home was very spacious and comfortable. The location was very close to downtown and the marinas. We would definitely stay here again.
