Our Penthouse is located one hour from Malaga airport and ¼ hour from Gibraltar. It has an area of 95 m², plus a terrace of 22 m² and has a south / south-west orientation that allows until sunset, to enjoy an exceptional view of Gibraltar. It is intended for 4 people and consists of: \- A large living room with flat screen TV. \- A fully equipped kitchen with among others a dishwasher, an espresso machine, a microwave .... ; \- Two bedrooms with double bed (1\. 6m x 2\. 00m); \- Two bathrooms with bath, shower and toilet each; \- laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities; \- A terrace with two loungers and a beautiful table and 4 garden chairs; \- A place in an easily accessible underground car park; \- A shared swimming pool in the property \- It is equipped with a powerful Wifi and free. The beach is 900 meters, there are several golf courses within 15kms and all the necessary shops. Two very nice little marinas (La Duquessa and Sotogrande) are just a short drive away. Tourist cities such as Ronda, Seville, Cadiz, Marbella, Cordoba, Granada ... are accessible in one day. And for ski enthusiasts, the snowy mountain is nearby (two hours drive). Nous n’avons pas eu d’explications du fonctionnement de électroménager de l’appartement. Les oreillers étaient inconfortables, pas de papier toilette à l’arrivée, il a fallut repartir pour faire les courses (trajet en voiture de 15 mn). La voiture est indispensable sur place. Ménage non fait, mais nous avons été remboursé des frais de ménage. Malgré ces détails, l’appartement est fonctionnel et la vue de la terrasse est magnifique. ##### Florence L. We spent just over a week at this property and everything was amazing, from beginning to end. We met Valerie (the property manager) at the front gate of the complex and she walked us up to the unit and showed us everything. From the balcony, the views of Spain, Gibraltar, Africa, and especially the mythical “Pillars of Hercules” are outstanding! Everything was as expected and as listed in the posting. The pool area was clean and never seemed to be crowded or busy. The surrounding area felt very safe, but (as others have mentioned) a rental car is almost a necessity to get to nearby restaurants, beaches, and other attractions. The underground parking was really convenient and very much appreciated in the early August heat! Philippe and Valerie were available to answer questions, as needed, and both offered great suggestions for places to dine. At the end of our stay Valerie met us at the property, once again, to collect the keys and send us on our way. You really cannot go wrong with this property! La casa es funcional y limpia y tiene absolutamente de todo. Todo funciona muy bien: aire acondicionado, WiFi, una plaza muy bien situada. La única pega es la capacidad de los armarios ya que varios de ellos estaban cerrados con candado. La terraza es estupenda y tiene unas vistas preciosas. Volveríamos sin dudarlo ##### Enrique H. La ubicación extraordinaria para descansar, fuera d bullicios y aglomeraciones. Communication with the owner was excellent, all questions promptly answered. Bedrooms are a decent size and living space is well laid out. The balcony is amazing, gets the sun from lunchtime to sunset with an amazing view over the rock of Gibraltar. Definitely need a car as there are no shops, cafes or restaurants within easy walking distance due to the hill that the villa is situated on. It is, however, extremely peaceful up here and only 5 mins drive from some wonderful beaches, amazing tapas bars and restaurants in nearby Sotogrande.
