My home is located at Escalades at 20th Avenue condo in a quiet side of Cubao in Quezon City.  
Equipped with 50-inch Smart TV and up to 300Mbps Internet.   
  
It can accommodate up to 4 guests.

8-min walk to Anonas LRT-2 Station.  
20-min walk to Araneta Center-Cubao MRT Station.  
  
Accessible by Grab or taxi, approx:
