When my wife arrived she was told that BSA Tower does not rent on a short-term basis and that there were NO rooms available. They said that they didn't know that you could still reserve and pay for a room. She asked about a refund and was told they knew nothing about that. Check in area is in a very small space, can only fit 1 guest in, no area to hang around. My parents found a cockroach on the towels in the bathroom, no soap, shampoo, conditioner. However though staff are very friendly and very helpful. In fact the area is safe and I liked the environment within and without... I had a chance of walking around during the night and never had to fear anything... I am not sure but I think this is one of places where i felt comfortable walking during the night. Balcony is locked sealed shut inaccessible. Overall I still recommend BSA . Very clean & staff was very friendly. Walking distance to Glorietta Mall & other shopping areas. Unconcerned management! The front office staff disclosed the terrible situation of an elevator technical malfunction, only after I signed the accommodation agreement. The elevator works for a short 30 minute window period every 2 hours. For the next 2 days hotel I and other hotel had to suffer and wait in a cramped crowded elevator lobby (no seats) for the short window period by which to access our hotel rooms. Terrible circumstances which the hotel management could have alleviated with a few additional amenities. It seems they just don't care.
