On the main level, you'll find a large living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and a flat-screen TV, providing a comfortable space for relaxation and entertainment. This area seamlessly transitions to the garden, loggia, and swimming pool through convenient exits. The main level also offers three bedrooms: one with a double bed (160 cm) and a shower/bidet/WC, another with two beds and access to the garden and a pergola, and a small room with two additional beds.  
  
The open kitchen on this level is well-equipped with a dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, ensuring you have everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your vacation. There is also a separate shower/bidet/WC for added convenience. Ascending to the upper floor, you'll discover another living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace and a kitchen corner, perfect for entertaining or intimate gatherings.
