There was no refrigerator in the room, which was a bit disappointing, and the bathroom was a little small, but the shower functions were very useful. The included breakfast was a great help and we really appreciated it.

The hotel is in a fantastic location 2 minutes walk to Deansgate. The room was bigger than I expected it to be which was a bonus and it actually had a full length mirror with proper lighting, essential for applying makeup. Great lighting in the bathroom too. Bed was a little on the softer side but that’s a personal preference. The hotel reception and bar area were nice with an added bonus of a pool table, some games and a lounging area giving it a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Staff were really friendly. Would definitely stop here again I preferred the more relaxed atmosphere compared to most hotels that have a formal feel.

Great central location and walkable to many restaurants and bars. Hotel is modern, chic, and clean. Staff are friendly and the drink voucher is a very nice touch! Would highly recommend!

A lovely greeting when we first arrived at the hotel. Things just got better from there really. We had a welcome drink after dropping our luggage off at our room which was nice a modern,,clean and comfortable. We went to see a show in the evening which was close by and returned to have supper of pizza and a couple of drinks to relax before going off to bed. The bar remains open late at night and for nocturnal people pizza is available to buy which is a great touch. The next day we had a hearty buffet breakfast before checking out.

I loved this place and definitely will stay here the next time I’m in Manchester. It’s conveniently located, part of the Marriott Bonvoy program, which I’m a member and the staff couldn’t be more helpful. I only wished my room had a fridge! 9.5!
