Even though the third and the sixth photos on the listing show a bathroom with a toilet and a sink and even though the listing clearly states “1 bathroom, 1 half bathroom” with Bathroom 1 Toilet - Shower only and Bathroom 2 Bathtub - Toilet - Shower only” do not be tricked into thinking that there is actually a bathroom in this cabin. There is not. We did see a couple of port o potties several hundred yards away in the park and there is supposedly a bathroom located somewhere in another building on the property. The listing does say that it’s 40 steps to the bathhouse, but the photos give the appearance that the bathrooms are in the cabin. It also says that there is a kitchen. After arriving and seeing how badly we’d been deceived, we asked for a refund, but they refused. Don’t waste your money on this. We are 67 and not a place for comport. ##### Valerie H. We had an awesome stay in the big cabin-and the small cabins are very nice, too! We originally rented the 40 steps cabin, but didn’t realize the bathrooms were in a separate building. I’m a disabled veteran and use a wheelchair outside the house, and could not make the walk to the bathroom. Chris came right over to open up the big cabin for us and we had an amazing stay! The cabin we originally rented was newly finished and very nice. The cabin is older but in great shape! It got chilly while we were here and Chris came right over and turned the pilot light on to the heater so we could use it. There were coffee basics (a lot left by other renters), and dishes with a refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. Worked well for us since we eat at family’s or out and run the whole time while we visit. The linens and pots were a little skimpy if you wanted to cook an actual meal-but plenty of skillets and other stuff...The back porch and HUGE fire pit area are really nice! All in all, we were very pleased with our stay. ##### debra S. It has a K-cup coffee maker, FYI. No can opener. And it does have wifi, but it did not work.
